Exchange and Return Policy – BenBen Studio
Exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, and according to the existing stock at the time of exchange.
The returned item must be in new condition, used at all times and with all original tags attached.
Exchange methods:
At the studio in Herzliya – free of charge, by prior arrangement.
By courier to your home – for a cost of 50 NIS.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
Return methods:
At the studio in Herzliya – free of charge, by prior arrangement.
By courier for collection – for a cost of 50 NIS.
The original shipping cost is not included in the refund and will be deducted from the credit amount.
Credit
We offer two options for credit depending on the customer's choice:
Cash credit – will be transferred to the original payment method through which the purchase was made and in accordance with the credit company's schedules.

The credit will be made with a deduction of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.
Credit for a future purchase – the possibility of receiving full credit for use on the site,
without deduction and without the cost of sending the collection.
The credit is valid for each item on the site, for a period of one year.
After completing the return or credit process, a confirmation will be sent to the email.
* No exchange/return will be given for an item that has been used in any way or has been damaged.
